2. Nature of Services
All services offered through this Site are provided as 1:1 informational sessions.
These sessions are informational and educational in nature. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, or professional advice.
The provider is not a licensed lawyer, financial advisor, accountant, therapist, or regulated professional, unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. No Guarantees
No specific outcomes, results, or improvements are guaranteed. All examples are illustrative only.
4. Client Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
5. Payments & No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Payments may be processed via Stripe, Wise, or cryptocurrency networks. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible and manually verified.
6. Student / Community Access
Discounted or free access is discretionary and may be revoked in cases of misrepresentation.
7. Booking
Scheduling is handled via Calendly. Booking links are private and non-transferable.
8. Feedback
Feedback is optional and anonymous by default. Public use requires explicit opt-in and manual approval.
9. Third-Party Services
Stripe, Wise, Calendly, CoinGecko, and crypto networks operate independently. The provider is not responsible for their failures or delays.
10. Limitation of Liability
The provider disclaims liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
